## Kabila’s Liquid Staking (KBL / xKBL)

### What is Kabila’s Liquid Staking?

Kabila’s Liquid Staking is a system designed to incentivize $KBL holders.

When you stake your $KBL, you’ll receive $xKBL, a liquid token that represents your share in the staking pool and grows in value as rewards are added. This flexible model allows users to stake and unstake their tokens at any time, reflecting the growth of the ecosystem directly.

#### Why Stake $KBL?

Staking $KBL offers several benefits:

• **Earn daily rewards**: Rewards accumulate automatically, based on the established APR.

**• Support the ecosystem**: Contribute to the growth and sustainability of Kabila.

**• Flexibility**: Choose to stake all or a portion of your $KBL and unstake at any time.

#### How and Where to Stake?

Staking is very simple:

1\. Visit the official staking page: [token.kabila.app/en/staking](https://token.kabila.app/en/staking)

2\. Connect your wallet.

3\. Select the amount of $KBL you want to stake (100% or a percentage).

4\. Confirm the transaction and start earning rewards!

## The 2 Phases of KBL Staking

### Phase 1: Base Staking (Now Available!)

Details of Phase 1:

During this phase, you can stake your $KBL to receive $xKBL and earn rewards with a dynamic APR:

• 12% APR in Q1 2025

• 11% APR in Q2 2025

• 10% APR in Q3 2025

• 9% APR in Q4 2025

Rewards from Base Staking come from the Ecosystem Growth Treasury, ensuring long-term sustainability for the ecosystem.

### Phase 2: Bonus Rewards (Coming Soon)

In this phase, stakers holding **$xKBL** tokens and **KES** or **SIWAS** NFTs will receive additional rewards.

These rewards will come from 100% of the Protocol Fees, which will be allocated for $KBL buybacks (BuyBacks):

• 50% will go to a **HODL Treasury**, locked for at least 6 years.

• 50% will go to the **Bonus Rewards** account, exclusively for holders staking $xKBL and KES/SIWAS NFTs.
